Darwin - Charles Darwin Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise

Bit of washing & tidying up, quick face time with Rochelle & Thor (so he doesn’t forget us πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚) & coffee at the Spencer’s Van to meet Lisa & Drew’s Dad, Colin.

Quick lunch & off to the pool for a swim before getting ready for our big night out!   Doesn’t take long to get ready here -quick change of clothes, no jackets needed, & freshen up the makeup & off to catch our Uber.

First stop was The Tap - an open air Hotel with a huge tree in the middle.  Jude an I had a piccolo “champagne” & boys a beer!   Check out the name on the back of a man’s t-shirt πŸ˜‚

Couldn’t fit the tree in - it was too big 🦚

Caught another Uber to Stokes Wharf where we boarded the Cruise 🚒 & to our amazement Renee had organised the best table on the boat (right at the front of the boat out on the deck) a beautiful bottle of champagne & a lovely message from Renee, Matt, Tyler & Chloe!   Thanks Renee, Matt & kids for a great night - we loved it!

It was perfect temperature for cruising the harbour, the food was unbelievable, prawns, oysters, mango chicken, fish & yummy desserts, profiteroles, meringues & crumble which was washed down with a few good wines πŸ₯‚πŸ·

The lights around the harbour were spectacular & many boats were scattered around the harbour.

After a beautiful night cruising around the harbour we finished the night with a ride on the Ferris wheel.   The views from up on the Ferris wheel were spectacular!
